This Privacy Policy explains how SIBIS Komunikacii DOOEL ("SIBIS Communications", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit sibis.com.mk (the "Website").

We collect information in the following ways:

• Contact form. When you send us a message through the Contact page, we collect the email address and message text you provide, so that we can reply to your inquiry.
• Analytics (only with your consent). If you click "Accept" on the cookie banner shown on the Website, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymized usage data such as pages visited, general location (country/city level), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the Website. If you click "Decline" or take no action, this data is not collected.

Cookies

The Website uses a single analytics cookie/local storage entry set by Google Analytics, and only after you accept the cookie banner. We also store your cookie preference itself (accepted or declined) in your browser's local storage, so the banner does not reappear on future visits. We do not use cookies for advertising or profiling.

Third-party services

The Website loads some resources from third-party providers to function correctly, including Google Fonts/Analytics (google.com, googletagmanager.com), jQuery and Font Awesome (served from cdnjs.cloudflare.com and bootstrapcdn.com). We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to messages sent through the Contact form;
• Understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the Website, so we can improve it (only with consent);

We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

Data retention

Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. Analytics data collected via Google Analytics is retained according to Google's standard retention settings.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by emailing goran.jakimovski@sibis.com.mk. You can also withdraw analytics consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site, which will show the cookie banner again on your next visit.
